📅 How do I schedule an energy healing session?

Accepted Answer

New clients can schedule a free 20-minute online consultation. Please include your email address for follow-up communication. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your wellness goals, the type of session that may suit you best, and answer any questions you may have.

After the consultation, you’ll receive an email with forms to complete. These are only sent after your initial intake. The sooner you return the forms, the sooner I can confirm your appointment and prepare for your session. Once I receive the completed forms, I’ll send you an email confirming your appointment along with a Zoom link (for online sessions).

Follow-up appointments can be scheduled after your session or anytime by phone, email, or online. For in-person sessions, please ensure you arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

⏳ How long is a typical energy healing session?

Accepted Answer

Adult sessions typically last about an hour. We recommend setting aside extra time to discuss your needs before the session and to integrate the energy afterward. Children's sessions can range from 5 to 45 minutes, depending on their sensitivity to the vibrations. The duration may vary based on the child's needs on the day of the session.

💻   How do I prepare for an online Biofield Tuning/Sound Healing session?

Please fill out all necessary forms and email them back at least 24 hours prior to the start of your energy healing session. You will then be provided with a Zoom link or an alternative method of contact for your online session.

Before the start of the session please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and promotes relaxation. Headphones are suggested but not necessary. Additionally, it's a good idea to find a quiet and comfortable place to lie down.

Create a calm, peaceful, distraction free area so you can receive the maximum benefit from your energy healing session. You will be guided on what to expect, prior to the start of the session and though out the session.

After the session, the practitioner may discuss any findings and provide recommendations for self-care to maximize the benefits of the session.

🌀 What happens during a Biofield Tuning session?

Before the session, we'll create a customized plan based on your needs. During the Biofield Tuning session, you'll lie on a massage table in comfortable clothing. The practitioner will use tuning forks to gently comb through your biofield. You may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. The goal is to identify and resolve energetic blockages to enhance your well-being. After the session, we'll discuss any findings and provide self-care recommendations. For online sessions, ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space ready.

Before starting any energy healing sessions, the client and practitioner will create a customized plan based on the client's needs at the time. You will be comfortably lying on a massage table or sitting in a chair, wearing comfortable clothing.

The practitioner will advise you of the steps that will be taken prior to the start. During the session, the practitioner will use various techniques to help balance and align your energy, promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

They may incorporate gentle touch or work with your energy field without physical contact, depending on your preferences and needs.

After the session, the practitioner may discuss any findings and provide recommendations for self-care to maximize the benefits of the session.

👐 What can I expect during a Reiki session?

Reiki is a wonderful complement to other energy healing modalities and is a wonderful alternative for those who may not be able to receive other types of energy healing.

Before the start of any Reiki session, the client and practitioner will create a customized plan based on the client's needs at that time.

The client will lie down comfortably, fully clothed, on a massage table, while the practitioner uses gentle hand placements to facilitate the flow of energy. This personalized approach allows for a deeply transformative experience and can address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.

The practitioner will work with clients to create a peaceful and nurturing environment where healing and relaxation can occur.

After the session, the practitioner may discuss any findings and provide recommendations for self-care to maximize the benefits of the session.

🔄 How frequently should I have energy healing sessions?

Accepted Answer

For the best results, it's recommended to have about three sessions, spaced 1-2 weeks apart, to fully integrate the healing effects. After that, a maintenance session every 4-6 weeks is suggested. This frequency applies to both in-person and online sessions.

👶 Can children benefit from energy healing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, children of all ages, from newborns to teens, can benefit from energy healing. Even some pets can receive energy healing. It's important to create a peaceful and nurturing environment during the session. If your child or pet needs attention, we may need to schedule a separate appointment for them.

❓ Is energy healing a substitute for medical care?

Accepted Answer

Energy healing is an alternative healing modality and is not a substitute for medical health care by your medical provider. It may be used in addition to traditional medical treatment, not as a replacement. It is important to consult your healthcare provider before starting any type of energy healing.

Additionally, people with active cancer, those at the end of life, acute illness, electrical medical implants, recent concussions, and seizures are not good candidates for energy healing.  It is important to prioritize your overall health and well-being by seeking proper medical care when needed.

💵 What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

I use PayPal to send invoices, and you don’t need a PayPal account to pay the invoice.

If you're booking a Zoom session, you’ll get your intake forms and invoice together. Just send the forms back and pay the invoice to confirm your spot. If your Zoom link hasn’t arrived at least 24 hours before your session, double-check that everything’s been submitted.

For in-person sessions, I’ll email your forms ahead of time and send the invoice after we meet—you're welcome to pay online or with cash.
